Very good offer in an expensive city of Palma. The rooms were clean, the balcony view was very nice, newly renovated bathrooms were comfortable! The hotel is located rein a nice area of Palma near the Theke/restaurant street where the local people often eat.

The location is unbeatable. The apartment is recently renovated and has everything one needs for a short stay. I would say, perfect for a couple or if one is travelling for business and needs some privacy and space to work comfortably and discreetly.
Super friendly staff, even upgraded ur room! They even tried to accommodate us even tho they were completely sold out the night before we were supposed to arrive!

Really nice location in the old town, because it's a small hotel it feels nicely informal and homely. The roof terrace is fabulous with a great view of the city, really loved it up there.
